"Covered what I needed, but I felt overlooked"

"Support That Actually Made Me Feel Taken Care Of"
I had a small issue with my order, so I messaged support and expected the usual back-and-forth. But they got back to me quickly and handled it without making me jump through hoops. I was a bit stressed about getting my site sorted and thought it was going to be a whole headache. But the team at Euphoria One were really kind and easy to deal with. They explained things in a normal way and never made me feel silly for asking questions. At one point it did take a bit longer than I’d hoped, but support kept reassuring me with things like, “we’re on it” and “we’ll get this sorted for you,” which helped. In the end everything came together nicely, and I’m happy with how it turned out...

"Clear terms, honestly just a small holdup"
I was happy overall. The contract was easy enough to read, and they didn’t seem to hide the main costs or cancellation details, which I really appreciated. I did have to ask one extra question about the renewal dates, but they got back to me and explained it clearly. Would’ve been 5 stars if that part had been a bit clearer from the start.

I noticed the updates came through at the right points too, which I always appreciate because I hate having to chase things or wonder where my order is. I used Euphoria One Hair Extensions for editing and post-production on my video, and while the final version did turn out good, I was a bit disappointed with the overall experience.
They were friendly enough and did listen to my notes, but a few of the small changes took longer than I expected, and I felt like I had to follow up more than I should have.
The sound and colour definitely looked cleaner in the end, so I can’t say the work was bad. I just wish the process had been smoother. I might use them again, but I’d probably be a bit more cautious next time.

I really liked how the soundtrack matched the whole vibe, like... it just felt right. Nothing seemed out of place, it made the whole experience way more enjoyable for me

It was an alright experience overall. The main thing was the communication side of it — replies took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up on this and that a couple of times. When they did get back to me, the answers were helpful enough, so it wasn’t a bad experience or anything. Just felt like the responsiveness could’ve been better

I ordered a photo album and a few prints from euphoriaone.co.uk, and to be fair, the finished products were really nice. The album feels good quality and the print colours were pretty much what I was hoping for, so I can’t really complain about the actual items.
The delivery was slower than I expected though, and the box turned up with a small dent in it. Nothing inside was damaged, luckily, but it did make me feel a bit less confident about the whole process. I’d probably use them again, but I wouldn’t be as relaxed about timing or packaging next time.

I got access right away and the file downloaded without any issues. I assumed it might take a bit or have a few extra steps, like these things sometimes do, but it worked first time and was really straightforward.

"Lovely natural photos with a relaxed feel"
We really wanted photos that felt natural rather than lots of stiff posing, and Euphoria One absolutely delivered on that. Some of my favourite shots are the little candid moments I didn’t even realise were happening at the time, like the silly faces and random laughs.
The only small thing is I probably would’ve liked just a touch more direction in a couple of moments, but the relaxed approach is also what made the photos feel so real. They came back warm, genuine, and not over-edited at all. We’re really happy with them and would definitely use Euphoria One again.

"Easy planning, but not totally blown away"
Planning was simple, and they got back to me quickly whenever I had questions, which I really appreciated. I’m a bit mixed overall though, while the communication was solid and the process was smooth, it didn’t necessarily feel like anything above and beyond. Still, it was a decent experience.
