Excellent service high quality products I,m more that happy with everthing I,ve bought the Russian mongolian dd remy hair extensions are second to none they are amazing quality and get better with every wash I have so many compliments I love all the products from euphoria one hair extensions .

I have been using EuphoriaOne for 6 years now. I always get 18 months out of my new hair. Even after this length of time the hair is in perfect condition, just a bit shorter due to natural breakage.

I have also just spoken to their customer service as I made an error and they rectified it with no issues.

I wouldn’t use anyone else. Best hair and customer service in the buisess.

I have used this company for several years and I can honestly say I have not had a single issue with the hair. The hair quality is fantastic, the prices are very cheap for the quality you get. This allows me to provide exceptional quality for a very low price, meaning business is always booming! The length is always perfect and thick, so no need for cutting, but lovely to cut if needed. On odd occasion I have contacted them, the service has been speedy and helpful! I love that they have a WhatsApp helpline as when I am busy in the salon, I do not have time to sit in hold. Would strongly recommend Euphoria to everyone! Xxxx

I would give it no stars if I could I have been wearing hair extensions for years & these are by far the worst I’ve ever had before these I had Russian Mongolian from a different supplier & they were amazing lasted me over a year, after 3 days of having this hair put in they turned 316 blonde (yellow) I ordered the white silver hair, I’ve had them in for around 3 months & I need knew ones already they are dead & the yellow won’t lift back to white silver don’t waste your money ppl

Wanted to try a new brand of hair extensions due to my last hair brand being so expensive. Haven’t even had these hair extensions in for 8 weeks and there is already colour discolouration. I ordered dark brown and they’re now turning a bronzy light brown colour. They do not blend with my hair at all which is so upsetting.

When I emailed I explained I have been wearing hair extensions for a while and I am fully educated on how to care for them. I use specific hair extension shampoo and conditioner, no other products, very rarely use heat, only wash my hair once sometimes twice a week and even use a filtered shower head to prevent water damage.

I kindly asked them for a refund as they were a complete waste of money. They replied to tell me “extensions do discolour over time” … it’s been less than 8 week. They mentioned the use of sun-beds and chlorine which I have not came across. I had got at least 9 months of colour with my last brand and can’t even get 8 weeks with this one due to colour change.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND.

Where do I start?

First of all, this is my first time using Euphoria One and the first customer I used the extensions on, I am absolutely appalled.

Firstly, I ordered 6 packs of hair and only 5 arrived. They have tried to tell me that the correct amount of hair was packed, however, the correct amount did not arrive. I had asked them for evidence to show this and they are adamant from their so called ‘CCTV’ which I have not seen and according to DPD it was packaged correctly. However, when asking if they had reweighed them before handing them over they had nothing to say. I just about had enough for my customer luckily, but I am still out of pocket for 1 bundle of hair. They mentioned they would give me a discount code for an extra bundle of hair… so to raise my question further, why would they offer me a discount on the bundle of hair that is missing if they claim they packaged the product correctly. They obviously do not like to refund from the previous reviews.

Secondly, quality of the hair is OK but not amazing. I ordered the hair for my customer which matched perfectly at the beginning, but then the hair turned blonde!! I know this can happen but it’s never happened to any of my customers before so I was stunned - it is literally a bleach blonde from shade 3 Dark.

When I asked for a solution, it will cost me more time and money to take them out, refit them and so I mentioned that I could take them out during my next fit and refit them with new extensions in the CORRECT amount that I ordered and they still have NOT refunded me for and new extensions that won’t have the possibility of this happening again. They mentioned they would take them back and redye them but it will take more time and further delays for a reinstall, plus adding further damage to the extensions.

As a new customer, I am far from impressed. I will likely be using another supplier from now on. It is actually costing me more money to use this company and from my current experience, it is disgraceful.

I’ve waited a month to review these Extensions and so far they are the best hair exstensions I have ever used. There is no tangling, no dryness and they are so silky smooth, even after the first wash. I'm so happy with them and they are far better than one of the leading brands I have tried before! Truly excellent!

TERRIBLE!!

Honestly seems like a theme here. Every recent review is a bad one. I have worn euphoria one hair extensions for years without any problem at all until now.

Bought 150 Russian extra thick 21-22” tiny tips thinking this was their highest grade of hair. SHOCKINGLY BAD! The keratin bonding on the hair was visibly shorter/less than it usually is but given it was the first time I had purchased the extra thick hair we thought it may just be the way it was made. Within 2 weeks of fitting over 40 had come out, the bonds were soft with some completely disintegrated.

Contacted euphoria one on 16th of feb 2023 to explain what had happened. Was asked to send the hair in for testing, by this time I had over 70 out with only 9 that could have been refitted and 5+ had been binned as the bond had disintegrated so wasn’t able to hold the hair at all. Weeks later got told the keratin had not been compromised and apparently the manufacturer uses the highest quality Italian keratin, big contradiction there as the keratin had disappeared!

I was offered 50 bonds as a replacement which I refused as less than 25 (1 pack of the 6 bought) were ok to be refitted, the rest were faulty. It’s now 23rd of April and after 20 days of no one getting back to me they offered me 4 packs (100 bonds) insinuating that they were doing this as a goodwill gesture. The hair that was still in my head had to be cut to the length of my own hair as there were so few left. So basically because of their time wasting and gaslighting none of the hair was able to be used/fit for it’s intended purpose. I was told that it was the products I was using and the environment that had caused them to go soft which it most certainly was not. I have worn extensions for years and am meticulous with my aftercare and the products I use, as are all my clients.

I am in contact with trading standards and a lawyer. I have messages piling in from people who have had issues both similar to mine and with the quality of the hair. Rather than just replacing the hair or refunding me after selling me faulty products they are now going to be in a lot of trouble. At this stage I am beginning to wonder if the hair is even ethically sourced. I now have a large amount of evidence proving several breach’s of contract in relation to selling faulty poor quality products; hair sent shorter than it should be, lower weight that it should be, faulty keratin, low grade hair, the list goes on.

I am also going to post on social media to reach others who have had issues.

Would give zero stars if I could. Hair quality is awful and my 24" extensions are barely even 16" now due to the fall out of hair. Trying to resolve with customer services is literally like getting blood from a stone. Shockingly unprofessional responses and even trying to put fault on to me for not following correct aftercare, even though i'm fully aware on how to care for extensions and which products are safe to use. Wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from this company! Look for your extensions elsewhere.
